How you'll receive your kitten

You'll pick up your kitten in person from the breeder. At handover you confirm with a single-use PIN, so the kitten and your payment are both protected.

Your payment is protected

Safe-Handover Guarantee

Pay securely on TrueKitten and your online funds are held safely until you pick up your kitten. If a deal turns out to be fraudulent, you're made whole through our resolution process, from the funds held for that transaction. Any remaining cash balance is paid directly to the breeder; Stripe refunds cover captured online funds only.

Payment Protection included

Your Payment Protection fee was included with Founding Buyer. There is no protection fee to refund. Your payment protection remains in place.
